Cincinnati, OH, December 6, 2017 – Graybach, LLC, a local general contracting and construction management company, was recently awarded a 2017 Preservation Award by the Cincinnati Preservation Association.
Dubbed the “Wildwood”, Groesbeck Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford, Ohio, is a local treasure for which Graybach received this award. Partnering with the Cincinnati Nature Center and Architects Plus, the Graybach team transformed the former country home of Grace and Glendenning Groesbeck into a fully restored Center for Conservation.
This year marks the 53rd Annual Preservation Award event hosted by the Cincinnati Preservation Association at Memorial Hall. Their awards celebrate “owners and developers of historic buildings that have been substantially restored or rehabilitated in accordance with historic guidelines within the last year,” according to the article in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
