Dubbed the “Wildwood”, Groesbeck Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford, Ohio, is a local treasure for which Graybach received this award. This year marks the 53rd Annual Preservation Award event hosted by the Cincinnati Preservation Association at Memorial Hall. Their awards celebrate “owners and developers of historic buildings that have been substantially restored or rehabilitated in accordance with historic guidelines within the last year,” according to the article in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
