General Contractor Graybach Celebrates Unveiling of Luxury Condos at Ribbon-Cutting

Cincinnati, OH, April 4, 2013 – Graybach, LLC, a local general contractor and construction management company, celebrates the completion of the much anticipated Bakery Lofts renovation in Over-the-Rhine.

Graybach attended this Thursday’s ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony on location at Bakery Lofts on the 1400 Block of Race Street. Also in attendance were Taste of Belgium owner Jean-Francois Flechet, who is the proud new owner of one of the townhomes, Mayor Mark Mallory, and Cincinnati City Council members and representatives of 3CDC. “Today we celebrated our success in restoring a historic Cincinnati landmark to its former glory. It was an honor to partner with 3CDC on such an inspiring project and we hope to be involved in more of Over-the-Rhine’s transformation,” said owner Pete Subach.

Bakery Lofts is a $2.45 Million development in historic Over-the-Rhine that consists of nine residential units ranging from $155,000 to $330,000 per unit. Renovation of the 158 year old building on the 1400 Block of Race Street was partially funded by the City of Cincinnati. Eight of the nine units have already sold and mark the first of 3CDC’s Phase V projects in OTR.

Graybach was the general contractor on the project; Bakery Lofts was developed by Martha Dorff’s Urbanis LLC, and Dorff’s Schickel Design served as the architect.
