Cincinnati, OH, September 7, 2018 – Graybach, LLC, a local general contracting and construction management company, participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the construction of West Union Square, marking their largest project to-date.
Hosted by Cintimha/Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrated the culmination of West Union Square–a 14-month long construction project that brings a new senior living community to Colerain Township.
A long-awaited revitalization of Jonrose Avenue, West Union Square brings, “70 units of affordable housing for seniors 55 and older. The interior common spaces resemble a town square with a salon, café, computer lab and movie theater,” said the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.
Graybach served as general contractor for the $12.3 Million construction, and owner Pete Subach is excited to build on the momentum of West Union Square to continue to grow their business: “Completion of West Union Square is a pivotal milestone for Graybach as a general contractor, and really solidifies our growth plan for the next few years as we continue to expand our footprint in Cincinnati and outward.”
