Brian is a well-seasoned construction professional. He spent many years traveling the country as a Superintendent, gaining a wealth of experience building restaurants, before settling in at Graybach.
In His Free Time:
If you need a good meal, Brian's your man. He enjoys hosting friends & family around the fire while he cooks in the brick pizza oven that he built for my wife. While pizza is his specialty, he's been experimenting with smoked pork chops and tenderloin. On the weekends, you'll likely find himself outside tackling renovations - currently he's transforming the garage into a man cave, and building an outdoor projection screen with a seating area to watch classic 80’s movies & Kentucky basketball.
As a teenager, he performed in a local dance “crew”. Someday he hopes to retire in South Carolina and live in a hand-built tiny home near the beach.
Favorite Graybach Project:
The Clifton Library. It was amazing to see the transformation from an aging piece of history into a beautifully restored public library that will be enjoyed by so many for generations to come.
