Cincinnati, OH, December 17, 2013 – Graybach, LLC, one of Cincinnati’s fastest-growing construction companies, recently welcomed three new employees to accommodate their continued growth as a commercial contractor, construction management, and design build company.

In light of recent projects as a general contractor that include Coca-Cola – Great Lakes Division, Western Hills High School – Deaconess Health Check, Holtman’s Donuts, General Mills, and Colonial Heights, Graybach is expanding their internal team to include an Office Administrator and two Project Superintendents.

“In order for us to continue delivering the dedicated service and attention that every job demands, it’s time for us to grow. We recently forged relationships with Coca-Cola and General Mills, and just became an authorized Sunward Building dealer – plus we’re doing ongoing projects with 3CDC and the Model Group,” said Graybach owner, Pete Subach. “We’ve become a respected general contractor in Cincinnati, and we’re excited to add new talent to our team that will help us maintain our reputation.”

LEE STURGIS | PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Lee Sturgis has come on board at Graybach as a Project Superintendent. He is a seasoned commercial construction project supervisor and a former Marine.

Lee gained his experience working for Spectrum Interiors and B.L. Spille Construction. His past projects that include Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Kentucky Diagnostics in Nortern Kentucky, Saint Luke Northern Kentucky, Good Samaritan Hospital, and the Cincinnati Eye Institute. He also has experience managing LEED projects.

BRIAN ELLIS | PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Brian Ellis is also joining Graybach as a Project Superintendent. His impressive experience as a commercial Project Superintendent is heavy in the retail and restaurant industries, for companies that include Bender Construction, Venture One Construction, K4 Construction Group, and Restaurant Specialties, Inc.

He has managed construction projects for Wal-Mart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Jos. A Bank Clothiers, McDonald’s, Red Lobster, Taco Bell, Subway Restaurants, and Pilot Gas Stations.

AMANDA BORGMAN | OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Amanda Borgman is stepping in as an Office Administrator. Prior to joining Graybach, she worked at Legacy Flooring before taking off several years to raise her three children.

In her new role, she will assist with general accounting functions, general operations, and administrative duties.
